When we think of development, education is a big one on the mind. Education is something we take for granted, as a key mechanism in development. Interesting, i usually use a textbook for intro to development. But a new edition came our recently 29 chapters none of it deals with education. About higher education from various angles region of central asia. Important to see how national and regional settings interact globally. Marked the region known now as broadly central asia. Importance of history the way we position our countries, and how they"re positioned now isn"t always how they"ve been positioned. Silk road road connecting china, italy and other countries through the middle east. This region is incredibly rich astronomy and medicine was developed here hundreds of years ago!
