If you have a feeling abt someone, but you cannot prove it, in the us - you can publish it , in canada - you cannot. Problem becomes more complicated when there is an ethical dilemma: If you"re doing a story, there may be some doubt but compellint need to tell the story. Find a lawyer whose motivation is to get the truth out to the ppl.
