Stories on twitter are often ahead but not always accurate. Not fair and right, we need to find a better way of doing it. European country, western media will report abt it - eurocentric approach. Ppl can imagine what it might be like for them being there as tourists. Also, the physical location of media orgs makes story powerful. Going to paris as a journalist is easier than bagdad. Infrastrucutre exists in paris, in beirut not to the same extent and baghdad. Ripple effect ---> refugees coming in to the country. Can"t say it was balanced , focused on paris. Not really, didn"t talk abt beirut & baghdad in the same way. Trudeau being challenged pretty quickly & needs to makes difficult decisions. Where do we look to find the truth? o o o o. Citizens, politicians, journalists get together & come to general conclusion abt what the story is.
