Looking at specific traits of what made someone a leader infront of others. Became more interested in indivduals who were leaders. Being taken to more specialized forms of leaders. Leaders have a lot of focus on followers i. e politicians & poling o. The way in which leaders interact w. followers. Process - leader can develop, become a leader. Assigned - designated title, formal position & authority.
