That he is omnipotent means that he can do anything that doesn"t involve an intrinsic impossibility. - inwagen. If god"s morally perfect it means that he cannot do anything that is morally wrong. Morally perfect wants to eliminate all evil. The conclusion that god does not exist does not follow logically . God might have reason for allowing evil to exist in that, in his mind, outweigh the desirability of the non existence of evil.
