Document Summary
Sldie 35: you communicate the result, which is hated by writing reports and getting a response from it- if it"s bad, it needs to be revised, while when it"s good you might get published. Slide 36: it needs to be properly designed so that many tests for publications can be passed. The peerscholar assignment attempts to represent this step as closely as possible. Ex: a report is sent to an editor, who critically analyze them along with other colleagues, and looks for any reason that could make the paper problematic. This way they get the maximum process from that lab by responding back with feedback: they either hate it, won"t publish it, or love it (which never happens), or are satisfied with it and give suggestions for some corrections. The whole process will take about a few years. Conference allows to present recent projects, and gives allowance to show your experiments.
