Mmpi validity scales: these are sets of questions that attempt to mitigated bias, examples, f-scale: high rates of true responses can indicate severe psychopathology or over reporting, evil spirits possess me at times. I don"t always tell the truth: ?-scale: high rates of i don"t know may indicate an invalid test, they throw these answers out limited number of i don"t know answers you could put.
