Similar to hypochondriasis but not really: hypochondriasis is when you learn about a disease and then you feel like you have that disease. Runs in families and when it happens to males, they are usually (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1) alcoholics anymore. These are the people sigmund freud studied and are not common: blindness, deafness, loss of feeling, paralysis (neurological, they act they are blind etc, but really are not. Panic attacks (1. 6 %, women twice as likely)
