Psychologists have made strides in understanding complicated moivated behaviors. But many human moivaions are sill puzzling or seem illogical when scruinized. They are goal directed behaviors moivated individuals keep working unil they reach their goal. They vary from ime to ime and one individual to the next. If an individual varies the behavior and persists unil reaching a goal, it is a moivated behavior. Set point (20 or what?: detector variable (current temperature, or level of hunger) Correcional mechanism (regulatory behaviours to reach set point: negaive feedback.
