Why in the rst place would the brain make an effort to create colours, have: the answer is, colour helps us extract information that is important. Such as localize objects. millions of things sure what colour we"re looking at three mechanisms, etc: without colour cues, hard to detect objects. These stars and nose seem to be the same luminance. But they seem to have the same luminance with the green lter.
