Prejudice arose due to a tendency to categorize ppl as ingorup and outgroup: with advance in technology we studied implicit and explicit. Learning theory- suggests that ppl are predjucied due to the response prejudice. If i made a stereotype joke and ppl laugh, i would ocntinue this since it is reinforced: prejudice was heighten in 1950s since ppl were interested in figuring the nazis.
