No strong efects of superiority; just as efecive as other therapies and beter than no therapy. Dismantling studies breaking down components of psychotherapy; pinpoint exact therapeuic technique that is responsible for a change of symptoms. See if any papers do some aspect of dismantling; or focus on literature research that shows dismantling.
