Gestalt, focus on present and providing feedbacks for them. Foster ability to create secure bond and relaionship. Emoion-focused couples therapy: focus: emoional experience and interpersonal drama, emphasizes client atachment and emoions. On client"s capacity for the two: goals: Babies in the same room as their mothers, exploring, then stranger comes in and mom leaves the room. Primary caregiver played secure base for early exploraion of the world. Might be a bit upset, but sill explore and is okay when mother returns. Don"t want to leave mother or explore. One of two styles: anxious/avoidant (ignore caregivers and show litle emoion) Grow up as adults with great vulnerabiliies.
