Symptoms are normal, but when recovery is halted that"s when ptsd kicks in. Didn"t serve in army dismissed pstd b/c thought he was lying. Feels alone and unwanted; leads to anger. Avoidance from talking about it (impact on family and spouses) 800k ppl slaughtered in a period of 100 days in 1994. No medication, submit so you"re just stable enough to work w/ a therapist. Finally crashed 4 years after the event; had no more self-discipline. Not sleeping, eating junk food, attention span gone, couldn"t read. Body wasn"t able to resilient, emotionally lots of crying. Cloudy days: move to a spiral where everything"s wrong.
