Non-luent aphasia aka broca"s aphasia (video) paient understand his task but not producing a lot of speech. Cannot describe what is happening in the picture and there was a lot of silence. Not the problem in producing speech b/c of motor problems actual motor funcion is perfectly intact. The paient on the let hemisphere in the prefrontal cortex the paricular area is located in the red (let ventrolateral prefrontal cortex; lateral b/c it is on surface of the brain) Video: producing speech vocal sounds is not an issue, but what they are saying is not making sense. There is comprehension problems hard to follow instrucions.
