People also develop self-identity when making family work and there is a large effort. There is a physical geographic limitations to having dinners with extended family. Choosing what kinds of food to get can be an issue, also what is close by. Taking turn on when to get foods. Unless you meet with them and keep up with family you lose touch and are unable to draw strength from the family unit.
