Not given only by nature, but also by what we do with nature in culture, society, language, etc. Not telling us what terms we should using. Social science describes things and not prescribes them. Idea of white entitlement subtle and systematic discrimination. Not believing a black doctor can perform a surgery. Live in a system that is racist and you pick up the attitudes and assumptions. It is a part of the culture, it is not personal. White actors get more jobs and nominations. Based on policing incidents killing a black person over a white person. Again that systemic entitlement issue, where they believe the black child to be more dangerous. Race is real it does exist, it is invented: race, however, did not always exist, part of reality, both on biological, visible factors and subtle factors constructed in culture and society.
