Accepting the fact that the city is divided and neighbourhoods backed against each other. This is how this school of thought understood los angeles. White ppl have more of tendency to live in gated communities whereas black ppl even if they have the means tend not to want to live there. Futurity sides - it is also what octivia writes about and is concerned with - the not quite real but possible future . Each putting in a million to partake in these communities - all underground. Cape-town facets - water - the tourist has well use and they don"t notice much change but local residence are questioning equity cuz they don"t have much access at all. The water crisis - even though we r surrounded by water - which makes this thing too crazy! Nestle was selling water when the city was in crisis.
