One historic reason for this is that auto industry is focused in michigan in the states. Canada: prior to 60s, the canadian industry was separate from usa industry. I guess I'm just stick in the phrasing of the question. I don'tunderstand what they are asking me to do. I think I did part acorrectly however I simply found the resultant vector of the vectoraddition of the automobile and the rain then multiplied it by thecumulative area of the top and the front and then mutiplied that bythe given ratio of the mass of rain to cubic meter. Part b howeveralludes my reasoning I don't understand what they're asking me todo.
