The word aryan was taken by some biologists in germany during the second war as having the indo-european languages coming from the blue-eyed blonde people of the nordic countries, and then spread out to the western world. In actuality, indo-european languages started in asia and then spread to europe. In the nineteenth century, there was an assumpion by koelle that an ethnic group would also be a linguisic group. Such as the igbo people of nigeria according to scholars they had just forgoten who they were over ime.
