Whole new means of state craft using religion as a model. Division of old states france is divided. Power of the state can and should control its citizens. Crime against the state, the people and god if you did not believe. Ruler could determine what religion of the state would be. Church did not only chose this; princes and kings had a say. Niccolo machiavelli nothing should stand in the needs of the state. Criminal, illegal, immoral action for the benefit of the state. Double jurisdiction of church and state is broken down. Only way to find a solution is by war. If government believes it is necessary it shall be enacted even if it takes away all human rights.
