Niccolo machiavelli nothing should stand in the needs of the state. Criminal, illegal, immoral action for the benefit of the state. Double jurisdiction of church and state is broken down. Only way to find a solution is by war. If government believes it is necessary it shall be enacted even if it takes away all human rights.
