January 10 , 2011 1992 Francis Fukayama argued that after the collapse of the soviet union, Western liberal democracy is the last form of human government. Marking the end of ideological development. End of History? Marx Theological theory of history: History is building toward a certain point. Socialism would not be possible without capitalism. For Marx, communism is the end point of history.
