Document Summary

The axial component is the vertebrate and the spial cord. Between the vertebrate, theres things called articular facets which limit or constrain certain movements between the vertrbrate. They keep the vertebrate properly allgined and it also prevents rubbing. This is important because the sninal cord runs under the spinal canal which is right underneath the facets. The axial muscles are the muscles on the central part of the body. The connective tissue sheath allows the movements to get amplified. It connects at many areas along the vertebrate, allowing the muscle movements to be amplified. Chevron bones are associated with the caudal vertebrate only. The shape of the chevron bones change a little bit, but its always on the ventral aspect. The chevron bones also protect the hemal canal. Hypaxial muscles are on the ventral side of the animal. These caudal vertebrate give stability to the tail.
