Itdoesn"twork amazingly,but it is not horrible they provide a background into the positives and negatives of canadian federalism. Another criticism to b & s: they pass powers on horizontally to private corporations . Private interest groups are no longer shut out of the federal system. Analytic approaches and normative issues in the study of federalism federalism is not due to an underlining structure, but the provincial state has a role as well.
