Document Summary
Look up chart that is hierarchal, supposed to be in notes, check phone pictures. We make use of many neuron networks to process everything, we use patterns to produce neural firings. These are things that you can declare and talk about, basically telling memories. Cannot tell you how my brain can produce decision makings, such as talking about how the brain gets you to tie your shoes. The memory system involved in the long-term storage of information. Many of our processes happen on these two levels, explicit memory and implicit memory. Implicit is fast memory, do not have much control over it, explicit is slow, deep thinking. Nodes contain different concepts, semantically related nodes are more efficient and easier to remember and recall compared to non-related notes. Example is birds and feathers being remembered in your head versus birds and apples. We turn each one of these nodes into patterns. Any particular neuron could be recruited into many patterns.
