Psychopathology: something to keep in mind: our flexible personalities become rigidified: We tend to focus on our strengthen. Personality becomes organized around a limited subset of reality. Bad things do happen different frames affect the way you feel and how you act towards certain situations. E. g. frame that life is suffering will lead to someone enjoying situations of events that are not full of suffering. We are bounded by the negative experiences we have been through and we stuck those experiences into mind and they are reinforced in several other situations. So maybe we should reframe? (life is suffering) approach situations with gratitude.
