Document Summary
Parenting changes as children grow older, must adapt to needs of child and develop- mental trajectories. Older kids use more dialogue and reasoning but young kids may be more physical. The first years of a child"s life are central in the brain, behavior and socio-emotional development. Kindergarten is a type of intervention to optimize learning - to increase societal output. Children rapidly acquire new motor, verbal, socio-emotional and cognitive skills that are accompanied by changes in their parental needs. When babies are born they have a screened hearing test so there can be early inter- vention. Parents are expected to adjust their parental behaviors and strategies to not only comfort, but stimulate, direct and discipline their children. Accessibility structures in university are interventions which are ways to help people optimize learning: eqao is a quality assessment to see how well the schools are doing in comparison to all schools and themselves in previous years.
