Rate of youth accused of crimes (4. 322 per 100,000) was 1. 8 times higher than the rate of adults accused (2,452 per 100,000). Volume and severity of youth crime has declined except drug crimes and even more so with in fake adult group especially with marijuana which accounts for 80% of drug crimes.
