His work is based on the biosphere and mother earth (more holistic rather than individual based) Separates himself from environmentalists by saying that life on earth is robust and adaptable. It is a byproduct of life at work. There was always pollution even in the early biosphere first entity to use zinc beneficially probably also produced mercury as a poisonous waste product. Microorganisms were later produced to break down the mercury, representing perhaps life"s most ancient toxic waste disposal system. Industrial and technological development may be harmful for our species but not for the earth / gaia as a whole. Ddt "will probably be more carefully and economically employed in future.
