Literacy: related to structure notions of literacy. If we can recognize the literacy in how we think and speak, then we can start gaining literacy. We are always in relationship with the power structure that structures us. Focus: all diff intersections, then i come up with this moral frame of what the society wants us to be a woman". But at the same time, i have my own notion of how to be a woman too. He thinks: consciousness: also has an individual dimension and how culturally affect us. Meaning itself is the combination of objectivity* + subjectivity* Relation to a text or relation to literacy. Claim: always a relationship between the subject and the social objectivity* Therefore, when i can really read the society, i am aware of the relationship between the individual (sense of self) and aware of frameworks.
