Intensity show care and credibility, do not be monotonous, vary voice and be engaged. Humorous appeal you can use the group dynamic to attempt to lighten a mood. Vital appeal relate topic to examples to common experience, meaningful to all, Novelty tell a story, use novel phrases, especially when the topic is familiar. Startling appeal relate to audience, use interesting facts and statistics.
