Be able to summarize deputy advice and why important for midterm. Feinberg compares folk-films to violent porn/degrading porn. Basically he wants to drive home how seriously he takes the harm principle and how much that he thinks is morally reprehensible or morally disgusting that he"s prepared to tolerate legally. Says ok imagine if someone discovered if there was a market for films which portrayed people of color in awful ways/degrading ways. Secretly screened these movies to people and there was a secret market to these films and people enjoyed them and made money off these movies. Feinberg says, i do think this is awful. He is opposed to using the power of the law to making it illegal. He acknowledges that if you are colored you would find this offensive also even if you weren"t black this might be offensive. Important to understand that a lot of this stuff is not imposed on people.
