You can see the femoral running through ilium, and obturator goes through obturator foramen. Focus on femoral and obturator but be aware that there are other nerves. Gluteal nerve is going to supply the other two. Sciatic nerve, bfercates just above the knee, into tibial and common fibial n. If piriformis muscle is really tight, it impedes the sciatic nerve and causes sciatica. In anatomy, anything named common will further split. Cfn will wrap around the neck of the fibula and further divide into superficial and deep branch. Superficial will supply lateral compartment of leg (you remember this cus superficial and lateral have an l). Deep branch will supply the anterior compartment of the leg. And you see the deep and superficial branches. Most of the muscles in the leg are going to insert into foot. Interosseous membrane will be very important for muscle attachment. Last muscle of anterior compartment is extensor digitoum longus.
