That is ectoderm that starts to form structure called the neuro plate that is organized from another structure called the notochord. Neuro plate starts to fold, and eventually foldings - Two areas here which are boarder of neural plate to rest of ectoderm. And this is called the neural crest on both sides, they start to meet eachotehr and where they meet eachother they merge and form tube, which lies inside completely, because rest of ectoderm forms around it. Neuro crest fuses neural plate to neural tube, neural tube as it starts to close forms cns. Neural tube closes last at the two ends this is the end that will form: head end of embryo = starts to form vesicles which form different parts of brain, tail end. How do they know where to migrate.
