Document Summary

Who is able to learn: all animals can learn to some extent, the more that they are evolved, the more elaborate learning paradigms they can do. Learning has been a huge advantage in evolution. Sensory information coming from the inside of our body: brain knows about what our hr, temperature of body and outside, bp, osmolality of the blood. Information that our brain constantly receives but we will never be aware of this information: brain gets this information, processes it, influences our behaviour so we maintain homeostasis. Any output of the brain is muscle commands: creating behaviour that helps us survive. Would not be able to adapt our behaviour to changing environments or according to past experience. The ability to learn is a huge advantage to the evolution or has been a huge advantage to evolution because you can adapt your behaviour to the environment, learn from your experiences and change your behaviour accordingly.
