Colder, may affect the cycles and the rates at which they occur: south urban development. If you take one district then look at smaller patches, he was able to compare the amount of forested vs. non-forested plots, and how much edge was in each district edge affect relation to the duration or outbreaks. Able to see the duration of outbreaks of the caterpillar.
