All these molecules will have to be replicated eventually and passed to next mitochondria. But prob: 100-1000s of these circles that take up a lot of space. Study found: if the number of circles doubled, the size of the hockey puck remained the same. Found: as more circles, valency changes, valency increases from 3-6 (spacing more ightly more interlinks denser) Micronucleus: gets passed on from generaion to generaion all info that organism needs to live.
