Elysia by agarose gel electrophoresis (use agarose for running dna gels: everything on gel is dna, but shows results of rt shows transcripts of psbo. Isolate total rna --- rt ---- cdna ------- pcr ---- amplification. Use a poly t primer which hybridizes with all the poly a tails. And reverse transcriptase then lays down a strand of dna that"s complementary to mrna.
