Volume is kind of set because of cell wall. Water leaving cell and it shrivels (hyperosmotic) Hyperosmotic gets bigger intake of water. Cell wall prevents it from changing size so inside changes ** If ability for solutes to move from one apartment to another simply diffuse until even concentration (does nothing to the level of ware) Solute cant move across, only water can move water moves to more concentration and does work.
