Drives that are inside yourself that would push you to do things, that your conscious self says you cannot do. Things that you have learnt, that you can do and you cannot do. Part of us that wants to obey, portion of death portion of life. The idea of wanting to sleep with your mother, is a drive that resonates with every kid. The boys will never tell to themselves that they need to kill their fathers so they can sleep with mother. What happens is that (cid:449)hen one of those dri(cid:448)es taught to you, it doesn"t get your conscious eye, you will repress it. You will not allow yourself to think. Desires of power , of sex come up when we sleep, manifests themselves as our dreams. Say that you are asleep, dream that your teacher is molesting you. Dreams: moments that you cannot confess to yourself, will appear. Never be what it appears to be.
