Web forms allow us to communicate for a service or a product that we are interested in. The(cid:396)e"s always a web form involved online for something that is of value for us. A web form is involved with any online product/service. After youtube redesigned their website, their audience grew so they fine tuned their forms, not at the expense of the customer. Idk if i have to know that but basically people use more devices to access websites and get things done. Having form on multiple pages vs one long page vs expendable sections did not impact rates of completion of form. Giving people speed and ease (shorter form), removed fields, ask (cid:455)ou(cid:396)self (cid:862)does it ha(cid:448)e to (cid:271)e the(cid:396)e? (cid:863) Custo(cid:373)e(cid:396)s (cid:449)ho (cid:272)li(cid:272)ked (cid:862)bu(cid:455) no(cid:449)(cid:863) did(cid:374)"t fi(cid:374)ish t(cid:396)a(cid:374)sa(cid:272)tio(cid:374) Form had an optional field under (cid:374)a(cid:373)e titled (cid:862)co(cid:373)pa(cid:374)(cid:455)(cid:863). Removed company field and grew m of profit per year.
