Being transformed by love, changing every aspect of life, & they are reborn: the dead by james joyce. Novella: characters, west: greta, miss ivors, lily, & barteu d"arcy. West: mr. browne, aunt julia, aunt kate, and mary-jane. Malins: setting(s): the estate (sisters), summary: dinner party. Gabriel has to embrace irish culture (native country), & undertake a journey within himself & come to an understanding of his inner self.
