Zombie was transformed undead controlled by voodoo priest (bokor) Bokor used zombies to carry out his wills. 1932: white zombie movie (dracula: extremely popular and successful, brought zombies into popular consciousness in west. Survival awareness/preparedness: use zombies as way to get people interested. Zombies freak us out b/c: not raional, unpredictable, unable to understand. January 4, 2016: really fast/slow (just keep coming, really ugly. Apply to all other fears inancial ruin, diseases, alien invasion, panics, etc . Most cases, humans panicked for wrong reasons. It"s ok to be afraid, but don"t be afraid of stupid things . Will usually never have panic w/o having sense of anxiety beforehand.
