Who i am, what i"ve learned & where to go. Diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and depression. Approx nov. 11, novelty of o-week wore off. Reality of moving away from home, family and start of new life sunk in. Tired a lot, missed classes, sleeping in a lot, Dr. orders blood work and diagnosed with anemia (low iron) because of earring differently than at home with parents. Continued struggling, missed classes, got notes from oor mates. Feb/march 2012 - realized would fail rst year, if i didn"t get the help i needed. Did not tell parents of twin sister: new something was up, but didn"t know what to do, so stayed quiet. Dealing with health health issues since about grade 7- went to a counsellor a few times but other than that i just dealt with it on my own. Mindyourmind -volunteering there since arriving in london: thought i needed the help myself.
