Access - geography: many communities where this is prevalent are far away from a healthcare facility. Access - cost: cost of treatment as treatment is of 9 months and is only e ective if taken consecutively, now, it"s free in most countries. Mdrtb - multi-drug resistant tb: many people have started and then stopped taking the antibiotics for some reason or another, now bacteria has evolved, adapted to these drugs. Adopted by world health assembly in may 2014. 2035 target: 90% decline in tb incidence.
