What is health: dynamic and ever-changing, process of achieving individual potential, dimensions -physical, social, mental, occupational, emotional, environmental, spiritual, people are unclear with their language e. g. cheating implies that you meant to do the wrong thing. Institutes intentionally undermining health of their members (e. g. university students, prisoners going to the shu) becomes somewhat immoral. Improving your health: certain health issues affect only some of a demographic (gender, race, etc. ) Improved health status and longer life: many people just want to look better (does not associate all the time, much easier to stay active than to start getting active. Improved quality of life: energy expenditure does make you feel better and maintains energy levels e. g. during exams, greater energy levels, stronger immune system. Improved ability to control stress: report that certain stimuli are less stressful to them. Improved cardiovascular functioning: reduced reliance on health-care system, more positive outlook on life. Improved environmental sensitivity: enhanced levels of spiritual health.
