Abuse means a power imbalance: abuse is a misuse of power. It can make the person experiencing it feel small, alone and powerless. It can be raging and terrifying: verbal, physical, fi(cid:374)a(cid:374)(cid:272)ial, se(cid:454)ual, spiritual a(cid:271)use (cid:374)egle(cid:272)t too. It can be more subtle and hard to see.
