Large cultural change isn"t usually conduci(cid:448)e to qi pdsas. Think a(cid:271)out what you"re capturing and what that (cid:373)eans and how to report that. The team goes through the checklist, measuring quality of procedure. Can be used to compare against an average, or some sort of standard of excellence. Compare large teaching hospital to smaller rural community hospitals can"t compare those in death related to cardiac event for example. Try to balance out all of the different elements. Could apply to canadian context: patients not customers, revenues change to cost, include government funding in financial viability.
