Property is a relationship between people with respect to things. Real property is land and buildings and anything attached to them: real property is fixed and not moveable. Personal property is everything that is not real property: personal property is either tangible or intangible, real property and personal property are exclusive. Fixtures are goods that are attached to real property. Fixtures begin as personal property but when attached to real property they become real property. Fee simple greatest private property right people can have in land; but is still not the best right there is; still subject to the crown. Life estate possess land during their lifetime (ex. ) The land goes somewhere else after your life: more limited interest in land, sometimes used for a state-place stuff.
