Questions – Employment
1. He is the chair of the health & safety committee at electricians, he supplies his
own tools and drives his own car. He fundamentally breached the employment
contract. If he is an employee, will he be successful? is there a contract.
Length of the term. Did he do anything wrong? Only wrongful dismissal action
when the employee did something wrong. The big chuck is: What is the story?
Depends on whether he has reasonable, appropriate notice.
2. We know he is an employee, there is a contract. Just cause, nothing.
